In Miami-Dade (MIAMI-FORT LAUDERDALE-POMPANO BEACH, FL), the new limits are:
1-unit: $460,000
2-units: $588,850
3-units: $711,800
4-units: $884,600
The US Federal Housing Administration is increasing its loan limits to keep up with home price inflation.
With these higher limits, borrowers will have access to a broader range of homes using FHA financing.

County: Write the name of your County, for example: “Miami”
Limit Year: to know the limits of 2022, select the option: «CY2022»
